The Future of Diridon Station (and videos!)

On September 12, the five partner agencies held an open house to introduce two updated station design alternatives. The goal was to re-engage community members and get them up to date on the technical work that has occurred over the past 18 months. Guests had the opportunity to view renderings of the new station alternatives, speak with staff and provide input, and view videos of what the future station could look like (linked below.)

Alternative A: In this alternative, the tracks stay at the same elevation as today. The station concourse is below the current ground level.

Alternative B: In this alternative, the station concourse is at the current ground level and the tracks are above. The tracks ramp up on either side of the station to reach a height of approximately 20 feet.
