Diridon Station Area Plan

This presentation provides an update on the Diridon Station Area Plan (DSAP) amendment process. It summarizes staff’s preliminary concepts related to the land use plan, building height limits, and overall capacity for new development.

All slides that depict Google’s proposed project reflect the Downtown West Mixed-Use Plan application submitted to the City in October 2019.

The DSAP staff has provided a more detailed map of the Preliminary Concept Height staff recommendations (Updated June 16) for the Diridon Station Area.
